Jennifer's husband is a general contractor, which is a real bonus, as we used him for projects to improve the house. He did excellent work at very reasonable cost.

She was even flexible enough to allow one of us to help out in showing our house, which we think was very helpful in selling our house. Jennifer is a skilled negotiator and was able to smooth the process of finally coming to an agreement on the sale. We were looking for some very specific features in order for our family of 6 to be able to spread out and enjoy our time away in the mountains, and Jennifer provided us with several great options.
