This region comprises the neighborhoods of Carnelian Bay, Agate Bay, Tahoe Vista and King’s Beach. Offering many lakefront purchase opportunities, the North shore of the lake faces due South, making for some great winter sun, and amazing view planes.

Many homes are on hillsides, or tucked away in the forested areas, making for true mountain living at its best. Beaches and private pier and buoy fields abound in this region, so if boating is your passion, this is a good location to consider.
